Material Composition – Compact Laminate (Phenolic Board)
Our lockers are fabricated and engineered using phenolic doors and HDPE body for cost savings and long term durability. compact laminate is manufactured under high pressure (1,430 psi) and high temperature (150 °C). A decorative layer on the surface provides both aesthetic appeal and additional protection.

This material is increasingly favoured across a wide range of applications due to its exceptional performance characteristics:

  • 100% water-resistant

  • Fire-resistant

  • Impact-resistant

  • Durable and easy to maintain

Recommended Thickness for Lockers:

  • Doors: 12 mm

  • Carcases: 9 mm

  • Back Panels: 4 mm

Inner Structure – Lightweight Aluminum Honeycomb Core
The core is composed of 0.05 mm thick aluminium foil, with each hexagonal cell side measuring 8 mm. This structure delivers outstanding strength-to-weight ratio and enhanced corrosion resistance when compared to conventional aluminium honeycomb materials.

Available Thickness Options:

  • Standard: 18 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 36 mm
